Baseball is my passion.  It is something that has been a major part of my life since I was very young.  I spend a great deal of time studying and learning every facet of the game with the largest concentration on pitching.  I approach performance from a holistic stand-point and believe that preparation and self-care from nutrition to strength training is as important as proper mechanics.  

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing dedicated players of the game make it to the next level, and this is what I am committed to doing.  Many of the young baseball players that I have worked with have gone on to play at the High School, College, and Professional level.
